Light rail plan for Havering

A study is underway into proposals to create a north-south public transport route through the borough of Havering. One of the options being considered is light rail. The proposed route being considered would run from Harold Wood, through Romford and Upminster, towards the development at Beam Park. It is likely that a scheme would utilise the existing Romford to Upminster railway line
