MP raises concerns about Fawley funding

An MP has written to the Rail Minister expressing concerns about the onward push forwards with work to restore a regular service on the Fawley branch. He has expressed concerns with regards to the viability of existing public transport including the Hythe ferry, congestion caused by the increased use of level crossings and the presence of the oil refinery, which is likely to prevent the railway line serving the full peninsula.
