Lewes MP Maria Caulfield has backed a bid to the Restoring Your Railway ideas fund for the Sussex and Kent phases of Brighton Mainline 2 (BML2). The Sussex phase would connect Brighton and Lewes with Uckfield and the Kent phase would connect Eridge with Tunbridge Wells.
