The opening date for Worcestershire Parkway has been confirmed as Sunday 23 February. Services on both the Cotswolds line and Cross Country lines are expected to start on the same day.
The first train service at the station is expected to be the 0829 to London Paddington, which will have originated from Worcester Foregate Street. The first train southbound is expected to be the 1040 to Cardiff and northbound should be the 1214 to Birmingham.
