Additional railway lines to Stranraer included in transport study

The finalised study into ways to improve transport connectivity across south east Scotland has included railway lines linking Stranraer to Cairnryan and Dumfries as possible options for further exploration. They will be submitted to the second Strategic Transport Projects Review, which is looking at future transport investment priorities across the country.
