The extension of the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway towards Pear Tree Lane crossing is progressing quickly following the installation of trackbed drainage and the laying of ballast. The next stage of the work will see the relaying of track. The railway is seeking contributions for ballast, sleepers and rail.
