The date when Edinburgh Councillors will make the decision about progressing the Newhaven Tram extension has been postponed to March 2019. Tenders were received from interested bidders in September, with work progressing to finalise and clarify bids received. In addition, the public consultation has been extended until 11 November.
Contributions from both the tenders process and consultation will contribute to the final business case, which will be presented to Councillors.
