Scottish campaigns could benefit from feasibility study fund

Campaigns to reopen railway stations and lines in Scotland could benefit from £2m that has been earmarked for feasibility studies in the Scottish budget. Representatives from the Scottish Greens have also suggested that this money could be used to support pop-up railway stations.
