Council leader outlines Walsall rail plans

The new council leader for Walsall council is pushing plans to restore the railway service between Walsall and Wolverhampton. The Black Country LEP is proposing a funding plan for £29m, which will lead to new railway stations at Willenhall and James Bridge at Darlaston.
