Yorkshire Wolds Heritage Railway opens

The first heritage railway line in a East Yorkshire has opened at Fimber Halt after the Yorkshire Wolds Railway Project operated its first train on 100m of track. The group has permission to extend the line up to one mile on the tracked of the former Driffield to Malton route.
